Only a week or two... all the time I've spent with him has not been enough. Not nearly enough. Did I say just yesterday that I couldn't cry and I felt calm about all of this. Things change quickly.

He's hanging in there. He may be in the process of dodging yet another bullet. He's a tough old guy. Thank you for all the support. I have awesome friends. :)

Things this year are starting out just right.....

LSU won the National Championship, as I knew in my heart they were destined to do.

We're finally buying a house and getting the hell out of this old, dingy, grungy, weird landlording place.

We're going to Disney World.

Now, if the rabbit would just die, life would be pretty perfect.

We lost.

I just switched the station to channel 7 to watch the US Open. I did this too early, apparently, and stumbled upon the last few moments of some horrific show called "secret slumber party." I think it was part of another show called "Horseland" or something...I don't know. I think I am forever scarred.

Everytime I watch "AI" I cry my eyes out for the little robot who wanted to be made into a real boy so that his mommy would love him.
