You may not have ever seen this, but I posted some general advice about Heather here long ago. I think it's pretty okay advice, but it was written for someone playing her from right after Harry's death so of course it's going to be a bit different for you. If you find that the least bit helpful, I'd be glad to flesh out some more stuff that might be more relevant to you.

Not one of the characters that I'm most canon-familiar with, but probably the biggest piece of advice I'd have for playing her is to remember that in her mind, she thinks that what she's doing is good, right and necessary. She doesn't see herself as the bad guy, she thinks that she's doing what has to be done for the continuing survival of the human species.

Don't give him a whiny grating voice like he had in 2006. If you haven't, I'd suggest taking a look at the cut scenes in Japanese. He sounds completely different and considerably more awesome.

Silver has a strong sense of justice. A little too strong, when combined with the immaturity and gullibility that comes with his age. As we saw in 2006, he was so freakin' desperate to fix his hellish world that he believed this guy he had never seen before who told him to kill some random-ass hedgehog in the past. But when he realized Mephiles was playing him, he was immediately on his way to help Sonic. In that way, he's a little bit similar to Sonic. He doesn't think, he just acts. Just, whereas Sonic is really good at thinking on his feet, Silver kinda just rams his head against whatever wall he's pointed at until it falls over.

Hope that helps a little. Much as I hated 2006, Silver was kinda cool, so, good luck to you.

If you have him make deep relationships, remember that he'll do almost anything for them. His sister's death has pushed him to become stronger so no one he loves ever dies again and his fighting with S.E.E.S., including Shinjiro's death, has driven him to do almost anything for them. Even putting his own life on the line. If they get close and that other person gets hurt, have him jump into it as stupidly noble as possible. Hope that's something you'll need!
