Oh man, I love her, although it's been a while since I've played the games...

Off the top of my head, she always struck me as very quiet and melancholy--although since she's a character in SCIV, I think it's also safe to assume that she goes out and fights for herself when she feels driven to. The ending her path got in that game makes me think she has a bit of a mischievous side to her, too. I'd maybe play her as being very shy, but with a bit of a teasing side if people actually manage to get her to open up. I'd try to avoid making her TOO angsty just because people get tired of that eventually, but she should have at least a little. She's a pretty dark character.

She's a pretty minor character though, all things considered, so I think you have some wiggle room to develop her how you'd like.

Keep both of her sides in mind. Yes, she's Lacus Clyne, who makes big, influential speeches to millions of people. She has power, she's not afraid to put it to use when the situation arises. She's kind, peaceful, a great leader and a great speaker. I think you need to be prepared to show this side of her, even in a game where it wouldn't show up as much. You have to give a vibe of this side of her if she's not in a game where she can step into the part all the time.

However, she's not serious business all the time. She's also playful, sweet, I'd even say a little naive. I'd imagine this side of her would come up in most games, considering there aren't many games in her other element. How she acts at the start of SEED is the same as she is in Destiny. When Kira first returned her to Athrun and ZAFT tried to attack, she has that moment where you know there's more to her than she lets on. She's always been that way, and still is. So I disagree when people say she shouldn't be. One of the character dramas (... )

CAAAANN'T SMILLEEEEE WITHOOOUUTTT YOUUUUU- Okay, sorry, but whenever Hellboy gets mentioned that song gets stuck in my head. Uh, yeah, advice.

Assuming that you're going by movie canon: Abe's very intelligent, but his heart's just as big as his head, and will win out in most conflicts. His psychic powers aren't all that strong, but still handy, and he's definitely no combat powerhouse. He's brave, loyal, and affectionate. Mild-mannered, polite, and curious are also applicable adjectives. He's fairly alone in the world on account of the whole fish-man thing, but doesn't get all emo about it, and will stick close to whoever he can form a connection with.

Abe will probably make friends with new people easily albeit a bit nervously. In most settings he'll seek out knowledge about wherever he is and what's going on, especially stuff he can read, and not be stingy about sharing it with others. He's just an all-around great guy, and I hope you have fun playing him.
