I just did 35 minutes of hill-walking around the botanical garden. I only had to pay for parking.

Saw this distinction made in one of the fitness communities between "Outcome goals" and "Process goals."  Nice.

outcome goal: sculpt physique, improve cardiovascular and pulmonary health

process goal: spend ten minutes daily with heart rate up, body moving
