I woke up this morning with the most incredible sense of calm. We had a really good talk last night/this morning and even though the future is so terribly complicated and uncertain, in that moment this morning when I was thinking about all the beautiful things he said, I felt so loved, so complete and so good.

god, time flies.

As is customary, the first entry of the year is a recapping of the year past. It is in our past that we find the greatest inspiration and knowledge to prepare us for the future... I had a professor tell me that once, I thought it was good, a little cheezy but what the hell...

today has been a good day:
- no morning exam
- easiest exam ever in the afternoon that i finished in 45 minutes
- i got an internship offer for london that may turn out to be something good
- fun bonding time with a good friend
- i don't have another exam till monday, so i can start preparing slowly to study
- fun night ahead?
