As is customary, the first entry of the year is a recapping of the year past. It is in our past that we find the greatest inspiration and knowledge to prepare us for the future... I had a professor tell me that once, I thought it was good, a little cheezy but what the hell...
(I put it behind a cut so you don't have to read it if you don't want to)
The year in review - the first line from the first entry of every month
January ::
this sucks. everyone is still home but me. my tummy hurts because i'm an idiot. my room is hot. my roommate is not here yet. i'm tired. but it's only 9 20.
February::
my classes are going to be wonderful, a lot of work, but wonderful. i think i have two of the cutest young male professors on campus, one for art and the other for intro to religious studies, both of which are promising classes in terms of fun and mental expansion
[wow i'm a dork]
March::
i'm at work...
some one is eating something... it smells like lasagna and i want it. now.
April::
i'm going on a diet.
May::
crazy weekend ahead, with 9 days of school left
June::
today is one of those days that truly make me realize how much i love this city.
July::
so yeah, dropped my lap top and now my disk drive doesn't work...
August::
so i go back to school in exactly a week. i wish i could be profound about how this summer has transpired, but really, i'm just too tired of analyzing everything
September::
i just sealed my absentee ballot. my first vote. ever.
October::
ok so, today i was sitting in my room doing my homework. my desk sits up against the wall where the door is and i can see out the door, even when it's cracked.
November::
because my life has been fairly sucky lately - these numbers are what i'm living for...
December::
trax is officially done.
