Today's World Chocolate Day. So guess what we did? That's right, ate chocolate! Which was great, except... Well... The Doctor's sort of, erm, high right now. Sugar, caffeine, whatever it is, he's running around like a hyper ferret. I'd toss him in the pool if I could catch him.

So I was running to catch a bus and, erm, SPLAT. Yeah, I do know how to run. (Normally.) But I tripped and went flying. Fortunately nothing's broken, but my hand's a bit cut up and I've probably got a major bruise starting on my leg. Pathetic.

Hurts though. *calls the Doctor for sympathy*

You know, most the time I can't decide if my family's the strangest thing ever or completely normal. Yeah, my dad is and isn't my dad (and happens to be bloody rich), and I'm married to a half alien, but we all love each other and see each other a lot, and sometimes we even eat together like normal ordinary people ( Read more... )

The Doctor's off being a rent-a-husband for the day, but I've been keeping busy. I worked a bit on our spaceship (Doctor, we're out of titanium wire), and now I might get my hair cut. Quick update - the Doctor was just sold at Mum's charity auction! For a pretty good price, too! I think his plan might have backfired. We got to Reykjavik late yesterday and this morning we went out exploring on horseback. SO much fun! It's a bit damp here right now, but what's a little damp? And the country is so pretty here!
