yesterday was sucha huge uplifting day for me. i benched 170 and im close to my 200 lb. max i want to hit by sunday. i talked alot to my battle and that was pimp. we have plans for sunday witht he whole group to go out to eat. well today i got a very interesting email. i can not even begin to understand or comprehend it. it just really shocked me.
