wow....

yesterday was sucha huge uplifting day for me. i benched 170 and im close to my 200 lb. max i want to hit by sunday. i talked alot to my battle and that was pimp. we have plans for sunday witht he whole group to go out to eat. well today i got a very interesting email. i can not even begin to understand or comprehend it. it just really shocked me. and came at a not so good time in my life. i just hope that things will work out and that her and i can talk things out. i understand i guess where shes coming from, but if we are going to slit ways for awhile, i atleast want a chance to say goodbye.

you know who you are, i just want to say goodbye. please allow me that much! :(
