I just finished watching Arabian Nights, the TV miniseries from 2000. I gave this a pass when it aired, because they were promoting it as a vehicle for John Leguizamo, and I just didn't want to see the "Little Latin Boy in Drag" ruin a classic. Went to the midnight showing of Harry Potter. All 16 screens at the theater sold out. 2500 people. Wow.

I liked it. Mostly dark, with some humor (Ron's victory stance, for instance.)

Go see it, if you haven't all ready.

Mega Shark vs Giant Octopus is absolute Cheez, and delightful. The title pretty much says it all. The title characters are set free from a glacier and wreak havoc on the Pacific Rim.
