Thanksgiving was a success, despite my mom's OCD and the onset of my period and pissy mood. Oh my god. Your Kono is perfect, your Kono/Danny is hilarious, and I'm not going to lie, with their backstory I would TOTALLY go to the exes place with Chin and Steve if they got some more damn screen time together.

I feel like Chin and Steve communicate entirely through eyebrows and silent glares and everyone is totally lost when they start arguing with each other without ever saying a word. :D

Thank you! :D I feel like Kono and Chin's families are a lot more interesting and crazy and fun than the show makes them out to be, but maybe we'll get a glimpse of that soon.

Well, I have to admit that the show so far has failed to showcase Kono and Chin's comedic skills, which is hopefully where I come in. And yes, there will be more het! Mainly because I love the hell out of Kono and thinks she needs to sex her way across Hawaii.

After I wrote the comment, I was like, "UH, I AM NOT SURE IF I EXPLAINED WHAT MEANT BY "LOOSE" WELL ENOUGH!" Ahaha, it's that your writing feels so comfortable - you express the thoughts and the feels of your characters in a way that mkaes the story feel like a second skin, like you're slipping right into the scene with the characters. I AM JEALOUS.

Your threesome fic is like, ONE OF MY FAVES. I've reread it at least 5 times already. Ahaha.

(I like this one for a number of reasons. I love how you write Kono here - tough, opinionated, true to herself and strong, but without slipping into cliches. PERFECTION.)

(Thank you for saying that Kono doesn't slip into cliches because that was actually a HUGE worry of mine when I was writing this. Also, I want to write more stories about Kono and her family because I imagine that they're crazy, fun, and interesting.)
