Thanksgiving was a success, despite my mom's OCD and the onset of my period and pissy mood. Thing is, I was trying to figure out how Kono managed to have a date Thursday night with the 2nd grade math teacher, have happy fun times with Danny after some undercover work the next night, and yet the next section starts (presumably) that Friday morning, where it's hinted that they've already had the happy fun times. Hence my confusion. Although Steve is probably crazy enough to have them working overtime on Saturday.

I honestly didn't think about it, but if it makes more sense to spread it out over a few weeks, then think of it that way.

I want to write so much fic about Kono and her mom and all the fights and talks and drunken talks they had when Kono was growing up because I imagine it would be EPIC and wonderful. And then Danny gets introduced to the family and the family interrogations begin!

I love this. Kono's family setting her up, the dates all being absolutely terrible, the texts to Danny and his replies, Steve and Chin, all of it! And the shoes! Girl's got good taste.

I feel like Kono has a closet full of gorgeous shoes that she bought on sale or spent too much money on, and constantly wears new pairs and sends the pictures to Danny because she knows it drives him crazy and she likes that.
