Apparently cardiovascular exercise increases connectivity of brain cells, which in turn increases focus. Considering other bodily benefits and the release of serotonin, I'll probably start running a lot more often. -

Today, after going grocery shopping (and obtaining a small dark chocolate bar), I rediscovered that being outside and eating tasty things are excellent rejuvenators, and I started another assignment without much difficulty. The day, overall, has gone well. -

Upon asking several people, it seems I have a unique experience when running long-distance; way before my body gets tired, my esophagus hurts like hell. I don't remember if I've been tested for asthma, but I've never had an asthma attack (unless I have had one and still kept running, more than 100 times in my life).
