Wow, look at that...it's nice to see things like that, instead of just...sales. I hate commercialization ;_;

One thing that did irk me about today, was that while many people were stopping to look over the flags, or enjoying the day with their familes, so many people were all, "omg, sales!" I'm pretty sure I was the only one wearing a shirt with a psuedo-American flag on it (it's in the shape of a peace symbol, b/c while I will always support our troops, I do not support these past, what, 8-9 years of war).

Whenever I get pissed at someone, I can't lie, Dixie Carter's whole "the night. the lights. went out. in georgia!" plays through my head.
