Blah, the weekend went way too quickly. I had to pop into work on Saturday afternoon to drop something off to a colleague, which I think screwed up the pacing of my precious two days off. I enjoyed the new Doctor Who tonight, much more than I have done the previous two in the new series. But I really miss Christopher Eccleston. It's lunchtime, and I felt the need to post to say just how damn good the sandwich I made myself today is. Tuna mixed with a little bit of mayonnaise, a little bit of balsamic vineger, black pepper and a squeeze of lemon, with spinach and rocket, on brown granary bread.
