It's a slow lazy afternoon on a bright and sunny Sunday. I'm upset mom and I missed church, yet she had nightmares and the lord needs to heal her. A night service is a 6:30 hopefully we can make it.

1st physical therepy
In two hours I'll be in my physical therepy for my back and spine class. I'm not sure what to expect, but hopefully I'll meet some nice people going through the same stuff. My back has been in extreme pain ever since migraine shots. They created bad bruises on both sides of my hips. Also riding in the car increased my pain on the very tender bone ( Read more... )
