1st physical therepy
In two hours I'll be in my physical therepy for my back and spine class. I'm not sure what to expect, but hopefully I'll meet some nice people going through the same stuff. My back has been in extreme pain ever since migraine shots. They created bad bruises on both sides of my hips. Also riding in the car increased my pain on the very tender bone in my spine. So in pain and not happy. Plus gaining weight doesn't help anything.
Last night was going to be a really fun time, but my brothers never showed up to see a movie with my parents and I. My dad was very upset and let down. I am angry and hurt as usual, but must go on. I can't depend on them. We went forward with our plans to a resteraunt and enjoyed ourselves without them. It was nice to have dad leave the house.
Right now I'm at my grandma's house trying to get along as best as I can without blowing my top. I might go upstairs and sleep, so sore and weak. So trying to keep positive every tuesday and thursday I'll be at grams, This class better be good! Peace
