I got off of a train, apparently following my parents. We weren't in a train-station, though. We'd been dropped off on the sidewalk. I looked around, and we were in a large city, maybe Chicago. We all began walking, though I had no idea where.

I guess it just shows how crappy my recall has been recently.
Tonight, I'll try some of the tips Bob and Chris have given me and I'll see if they work... I refuse to take drugs to help with sleep, as I believe I've said before.

I've had insomnia for a long time... and when I can sleep... it's just blank. I can't dream. I feel like a failure...

It sucks.

No recall. Slept on the couch upstairs. I also took a LOOOONG nap today... no dreams from that, either. Oh well.

Went camping, and had no recall due to no sleep. Left the campsite and got 2 hours of sleep later (3:30 AM), still no dreams ( Read more... )

And I was doing SO GOOD. I had no recall for last night. Let's hope I do better tonight. :)

The light in the bedroom was definitely what threw me off. I tried sleeping with a soft green light on and I just couldn't do it.  I actually stayed in a semi-conscious state for a while, just below the state where I'm fully awake and not really falling into a sleep.
