I was looking for a good hummus recipe for
badlittlemonkey a few years ago, and I found something close to this recipe. I eliminated the olive oil from it, as well as the parsley and a few other ingredients. It's a good, basic hummus, and goes well with tabouli, is great on toasted bread, and has become one of the staples of my low-fat, gall-bladder-friendly diet
