I just contacted my realtor about putting in an offer on a condo in Dorchester.  As in "Hi, I know I still need to work out the details but I would like to make an offer on this place of $x.  Please advise how we do this."

 Received an unexpected bonus today at work.  Tomorrow I will drive out to the bank, deposit the check, then enroll in the Letterpress Book Arts course at MassArt for their spring semester  All leftovers will go into my book arts fund so that I can continue to take courses in the fall.

Needless to say, this has given me the chills.
