I am being a paranoid doggy mommy. To the point where the last three/four hours, I have been extremely anxious about leaving Nine by herself, and had to go check on her twice and snuggle her for a few minutes to convince myself that yes, she was, in fact, perfectly fine, and seems to be settling into her new diggs quite well. Nine is doing... Okay, as far as I can see. She still hasn't gone to the bathroom at all since she got here, and that's after I took her out three times, so that is a bit worrisome since I know she has drunk a whole bunch of water since she got here. I have a doggy. Parents brought Niner over for a few days while they're out of town. I only hope she's okay here for the next few days, seeing as she's 13 years old and has never been away from home more than one or two nights. She was even born in my parents back yard, so yeah... After all that happened with Emmies on Thursday (::hugs Em::), when I went home to see parents and change my oil and stuff on Saturday, I made it a point to get a lot of pictures of Niner. And, you know, pretty summer scenery, but mostly? Niner.

A day later and I'm actually okay. I wish I could give Auggy one more big hug and have him try and slime my face one more time, but that's pretty common. I was able to spend a lot of time with him and Nine this past weekend, so maybe that helps a bit. Auggy was hit by a car. He didn't make it. I'm between crying jags right now and really don't much feel like talking to anyone.
