Success! YAY me! Pot roast turned out quite yummy. Apples were a little sweet for my taste, and the cut of beef wasn't the best, but it was quite good. Something I might do again when I have a better cut of meat and maybe some granny smith apples instead of whatever the ones we had were. But, YAY finding new recipes

Yay for cooking and new recipies!! It sounds wonderful.

That's the thing. I love to cook, but I tend choose things that require as little clean-up as possible. :)
