Ok, so i've lost how many times i have attempted this and how many times i have said it's for good but this time.. no pressure.. i'm just gonna do it. last night i had my last ciggie. i'm not gonna say it's for eva.. cos i'll prolly jinx myself.. i'll just take it one day at a time.

my target atm is to make it to 1 week.
