Off the bat, I'd say stay put. It seems to work better with your priorities.
However I would highlight to senior management how tough the choice was and if you had the option to take the same place in the Western Suburbs, it would have been a no brainer

I totally agree and really when I was reading your post I could tell you have already made up your mind. I mean think about it you have wanted this for ages but your life style is different now to what it was back then. Now your about to get married, your building a home and your hoping to have a child soon. This position will be taking up more of your of your time and if you take it you'll be giving up all the new aspects of your life that you love. When we came over you guys were saying how happy you were, do you really want to give that up. Finance wise you'll be better off but emotionally probably not. If you want my opinion I think give it a miss. I'd take happiness over money any day and they love you there to much to not eventually give you an offer that better suits you. I hope some of this helps, loves ya and talk to me anytime. I'm always here.

I've already spoken to you tons of times about it, so you know what my thoughts are. I just wanted to say (((((((hugs)))))))) cause I know how difficult and emotionally draining this decision has been.

werd bro. Umm.. duno what to say really. You sound like you've already made the decision but for what it's worth I'm pretty rapt that I only have to drive 10 mintues to get home form your house now with a hangover instead of an hour.. oh and seein more of you and carms is a bonus.. I guess :P

1. Is my bread healthly.
2. Will my Family/Friends like my bread.
3. Bread.
4. More bread.
