We took Shaolin in on Monday. She was ready to go. Always a morbidly obese cat, she was nearly emaciated. Her tumor had burst (yuck!) but, surprisingly, the vet thinks it was the thyroid cancer that actually did her in.

We looked into doing a euthanasia at home, but the services are horrendously expensive (start at $200 for the most basic service)
