Today has not been such a good day. On Saturday during the storm, Billy left for work and when he got his trailer, there was a lot of snow on the top. The company doesn't remove the snow and he has no way to do it. Cable is still not fixed and now we've lost all our channels. Bill is paid and they keep delaying and saying someone's working on it, even though no one is here working on it. They lied to the park manager and said someone was actually fixing it while she was on the phone with them when she could clearly see out the window and there was no one there. I'm about ready to cut a bitch. Primecast are the biggest cocksuckers in the world. They are the community's cable provider through DirectTV. As normal, with any moisture outside, we no longer have local or HD channels. Happens every time.
