Cable is still not fixed and now we've lost all our channels. Bill is paid and they keep delaying and saying someone's working on it, even though no one is here working on it. They'll tell us they are on site and I can clearly see that they aren't anywhere near the community equipment. This is getting ridiculous. I actually contact the local news about this situation and the runaround we're getting from Primecast and filled out the little Call to Action complaint form. I'm about ready to pull my hair out.
