Apartment #202 was currently vacant, so Leon decided it would be better to hold the meeting there, than have everyone descend onto Claire's place. The apartment was sparsely decorated with some chairs and a futon he managed to scrounge up. With a few of her employees in tow, Claire shows up the morning after the Tyrant attack and starts fixing what she can of the damage it caused. Fortunately, the biggest casualty is the first-floor hallway and both doors to the building; there's no real structural damage, since Leon led it outside.

Still, it's a big job.

A large U-Haul truck pulls up in front of the Brooklyn building, and the driver's door swings open. The entire second floor of the Brooklyn building is still vacant, although I've got a couple of interested college students coming by in a couple of days.

Also, #201 and #602 in the Manhattan building are both now vacant. Tell your friends.

There are eight apartments in it. Each one's a little small, but they're comfortable. So far, the tenants are:
