Turkish Delight Sorbet

Friday night, to go with M's amazing slow-cooked lamb roast, I made this delightful sorbet. I had heard about a mix of mint, halva and pistachios, but could not find halva that night, so thought a turkish delight theme would be interesting. Sounds interesting. Like you I am it the "less is more" camp of rose (and orange blossom) essences/waters. They are so aromatic they go through everything!

Interesting how our tastes on that differed. I think a bit more mint would be nice too.
