Am I ever burnt. That's not good, because I have a Biochem exam next week as well as a whole new series of experiments to start. The OVA experiment starts next week, the Dox dose/time course cell experiment starts next week, Thanksgiving is coming up, the NO2 experiment is the week after Thanksgiving...the end of this year is going to be nuts ( Read more... )

Here's the plan:

1. Go to class from 3:30-4:45, during which time my RT reaction is running.
2. Set up PCR reaction for beta actin and the transgene after class.
3. While that reaction runs, go home and eat dinner, take shower, etc.

I'll say this for staying at the lab until 11:30 - it's extremely quiet and conducive to studying. I got both Biochem chapters read and all the questions done, in between harvesting cells at various timepoints. Plus, Scott stayed really late working on his protein assay.
