...I've got to say a few things about NaNo.

Basically, it was great last year. However, that was because I had a standard 9-5 job, with nothing to take up my evening hours. I hit the 50,000 mark really early.

Today I walked in on a conversation about me. Everyone but me, Cristin, and Scott had left lab. I was in the office for a time, and when I walked into lab I interrupted a conversation that was clearly about me. One of those walk-ins where the two conspirators immediately snap their mouths shut.
