That's the thing..with friends-only, at least I know who my stalkers are. Count Dracula or Osama bin Laden could be reading my Livejournal right now, for all anybody knows. And I don't want any vampires or freedom-haters reading my diary.

I've been thinking about you. In fact, I'm baking your delicious pumpkin cake with self-loathing icing right now (a most excellent recipe btw).

I can't believe anyone even remembers that..even more unbelievable is that it's already been an entire year since I posted that recipe.

It's a great cake though, and I hope you and yours enjoy it. May want to save the self-loathing for another day, however. :)

It has very nearly been a year. Where does the time go? I remembered it as it was a great recipe. Critique is tomorrow for painting and I wanted to bring something good.

I bake when I'm stressed, so I save recipes.

I tell you, time has been flying. Even though a lot's happened since then, it really has been kind of a blur.

But yeah, the cake's a very seasonal thing, and with the leaves turning and such it's oh-so-appropos right now. :)

Oh, dear..no..this isn't about that. :( For quite some time I used to be under the impression, "If I don't communicate with somebody then why should we be on each other's list?" but I've chilled out in my old age. People get busy..hell, I'm about as busy as it gets, these days.
