While I'm happy to see Obama following in the footsteps of Reagan again (first with tax cuts and now with arms reductions) the concerns of the Republicans who voted against this treaty should not be discounted

Saying "If it turns out that Obama has lied" is akin to saying "If it turns out I'm still breathing".

As long as one is true, so will the other be.
