Somehow Charles Schwab changed how they deal with my stock options. In the past they'd sell of all them and then take out the require tax amounts. This time, however, they sold some of the shares for tax. The problem is, I don't know where the remaining 68 shares went. I can find no record of them on my account page and the only thing I see is a

Oh, kitten. I'm sorry they arsed up your shares. Maybe it's just a statement glitch and they can give confirmation when they reply to your inquiry?

I hope so. Though I still haven't heard back. The confirmation email said they'd take up to 1 business day to reply so I might not hear from them until tomorrow. If they don't contact me by Friday morning, then I'll give them a phone call.
