Well I got a response for my email from Charles Schwab a couple minutes ago. Apparently when you take the election to sell shares of stock for your tax money, it takes three days for the remaining shares to show up in your brokerage account. Somehow Charles Schwab changed how they deal with my stock options. In the past they'd sell of all them and then take out the require tax amounts. This time, however, they sold some of the shares for tax. The problem is, I don't know where the remaining 68 shares went.
