I have returned  mostly victorious from my "annual" trip to Austin/Tucson. Accordingly, Family (or as many prefer Phamily) Dinners will now resume. We are trying out the new schedule as discussed --first and third Thursday of every month are potluck dinners and the second and fourth are arts and crafts nights. Dominik is at ravens' knoll and our new site (for this kg at least) appears to be in the area half way between swamp and birch grove.

I am hanging out with Jazz today while Gina does an ayurvedic session with her friends, Jeff and Susan. Later today I will be  shopping for soil and pots so I can re pot some plants from Jeff and Susan waiting room in exchange for a session for me. The cruise was wonderful. Jamaica was sunny and hot and we went snorkeling. Cayman was sunny and hot  and we went to a turtle farm.Cozumel was sunny and hot and we went to visit some ruins.I am happy to report no sunburn. Austin, on my return, was sunny and warm. Overcast thunder storms predicted for today and tomorrow. But that's OK. So yesterday it rained for about an hour from 2:30pm onwards. Today should have more rain. I promise my friends in the southwest that If Rayne is there visiting , she'll bring rain with her. Went to Rudy's famous BBQ joint with Robyn last night.Saw drifts and fields of blue bonnets and some unknown yellow flower en route. We shared a pound of their specialty-- moist brisket (translation: not the lean meat). Very much with the nom-- think Montreal smoked meat but with Texan BBQ spices served with wonder fluff bread rather than rye. Also ( Read more... )
