I made roast beef for dinner tonight. With mashed potatoes and gravy. It was yum.

that is acceptable.

but you are not one of us. or one of me.

i speak truth, but it is not truth for all.

i have non-negative feelings for you, that you have found happiness and roast beef.

i have had some bacon in the interim.

sad and bacon is better than sad and no bacon.

but that's as far as i got, even with bacon.

Today only gummy raspberries and chocolate covered jelly raspberry candies could mitigate a bitchy mood. I do not think you can be truly sad or angry while eating gummy raspberries or chocolate covered things. therefore, they are greater than roast beef. I think that bacon necessarily coincides with happiness as well.

but perhaps my Venn diagram in regards to bacon is a little different from yours.

No sad!

agreed.

though it's going to take more than roast beef.

I thought I recognized you. We had dinner at a TGI Friday's some years ago out in NJ (I think?).

What a small world. Also: Hi.

if that is true, i find that to be one of the more completely bizarre cross-overs in my life.

replace sad with monkeys, does the statement remain true?

quandary.

affirmative.

does not apply to me, but is still a general truth.

What happens if you're sad and have roast beef, but you are also a vegetarian who has a tendency to become sad over how the roast beef came to be?

hmmm, that's a pretty good question.

i suppose your truth would be different from my truth.

Can more than one person ever experience the exact same truth? I do think that many of our personal truths evolve over time, so it must be pretty rare that at least two peoples' truths would completely align at any given time. If that makes any sense...

I do hope you that your sadness lessens in the very near future, with or without the presence of roast beef.
