SOMEDAY this constant feedback cycle of story inspiration will slow down. But when it does, I'll get just as scared that it won't come back as I am now that it won't let me get work done. That's both sweet and somehow pathetically sad. What a choice to make. I do like Rukia's thoughtful, indirect way of offering it, though.

Although this *is* a good fic I foudn it a bit odd in a way. I'm not used to a thoughtful Kon, which is sad because Kon is, in come ways, and certainly CAN be a very thoughtful character ( ... )

YAY, not-fluffy Kon 'fic! I've been bemoaning the fact that especially in the anime he's reduced to merely comic relief, after such a poignant original introduction.

I could... sort of see him writing something like this in a diary, if he kept one... in non-manic moments, of course. This sounds like the Kon who protects ants from falling Hollows and practices vegetarianism.

Nice fic, it's weird to read an introspective Kon, he's usually so maniac. But I like this glimpse into Kon's existential angst.

I liked it. I actually haven't read any Kon fics, but this one is definitely a very nice one to start off with. One thing though: in the middle, you switch over to third person, then back to first person. It's when Kon goes back to his stuffed animal body. Otherwise, very very nice fic. Really excellent.
