I recently returned from our annual get-away to Lakeside, OH. It was everything I could have dreamed of and more. The kids got along with each other, I got to watch fun movies, I caught up on my reading, enjoyed the sun for hours at a time, and ate gelato. All in all a great vacation. To say vacation was a necessary is a slight exaggeration. There was only one day In the entire month of March that I didn't work. Granted I didn't work 8 hour dys on weekends, but either way I had to work. I almost cried at work several times throughout the month from pure stress. Off to Atlanta for a wedding, and then up to Lake Erie for family vacation.

Ah life! How great it is!

Zumba class kicked my ass. I am nowhere near as coordinated as I used to be. But, I was able to pick up on steps decently quickly. I talked to the instructor after class to see if she thought I could handle the modern class and the answer was yes. Rhode Island is beautiful. August can be unbearably hot up here, but the weather has been perfect. Mid-80s, mid-70s, cooler in the evening. A little bit of humidity on Friday, but nothing horrible.
