Let's make the best of the situation before I finally go insane
This morning I was kind of bitchy and depressed, but I'm mostly okay now. I'm watching Layla now, so it helps to get away from my family. I took a bunch of pics of her a little while ago and I think a lot of them turned out good. :)

I don't know what I'm doing here, really. It's 2 a.m. and I should be asleep. I need to actually wake up tomorrow, so that I can get things done before I have to go and watch Layla for the weekend. Kenneth and I went and saw Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull tonight. There were several parts that mirror some of the other Indiana Jones movies, and I liked that they brought back the girl from Raiders of the Lost Ark (she was always my favorite out of the Indiana Jones girls). Note to Self...
Need to stop being all fangirly while at the desktop. It's embarrassing to make involuntary Mulder/Moody/David/XF inspired noises while in the living room with other people who don't understand. They also don't like it when you're all *SQUEE* when they're trying to watch TV. -
Shopping
Today we went shopping for my trip and bought a ton of stuff. I am sooo tired, but I think I'm mostly prepared now as far as clothes, OTC meds and voltage converters. We still have a lot left to do before I leave though. I have about a million doctor's appointments coming up, because I need to get all of my prescriptions refilled and I need notes ( Read more... ) -

My mom and I made dinner tonight. Neither of us can cook, so it was quite an adventure... even if we did just make hot dogs, macaroni, and tater tots... it still took two of us to do it. lol. New Babies!!
I've been talking back and forth with a rat breeder near me, and this morning I went and picked up three dwarf boys from her! These guys are TINY! They're just a bit bigger than a full grown mouse, and they're already 4 months old! I'm so excited to have rats again. I was about to start talking to the empty cage. Seriously. I was. Even with the cruise this last week has been really hard for me. The first night of the cruise, I completely broke down in my room and went to my mom crying.
