Well, compared to home. [He shrugs.] I can mind myself. [He... probably can.] Besides Buffy's really strong too. And Braxiatel will warn me. [He's not counting out the fact that Braxiatel could probably be dangerous if he'd decided to be, though he's not counting it in.]

Does your ship like their job? My people sometimes capture spacefaring creatures, I don't know if they're sentient, but I tell they're not happy. Their minds are difficult to penetrate and I've only been off world once or twice.
