Ugh, total hassle. I basically gave up on trying to get Warcraft II to run on my modern machine. Shame, though; X-Com were some sweet-ass games.

Bah, I've tried DOSBox, the CLI anyway. I'll have to try the GUI too, I suppose. I'll try it again, but I hate spending my game-playing time with figuring-out-how-to-start-the-game gyrations.
