Have a horrible backache from all the T'day work (the counters need to be 6" higher) and took the hottest shower I could stand. Phineas started talking to me in the shower, and reminded me of a "hook" paragraph I'd written 30 years ago while I was in college. NaNoWriMo
I've toyed with the idea of joining the NaNoWriMo crowd over the last several years. I do have ideas for stories, but my output is rather spotty. I don't know that I could do the ~2k words/day needed to write a novel. Heck, I dunno if I even have a novel-length story _in_ me. I seem to lean more towards short stories ( Read more... ) -
