Mo bought a new car in late August, when the Echo got totalled out by insurance over a minor fender-bender (we thought it was minor, anyway).
Yesterday, I got pulled over by a cop because the tags had expired in June. After seeing the dealer's temp permit taped inside the windshield, he was satisfied, but suggested we yell at DMV for the delay.
This morning, Mo discovered that the new plates and tags had arrived in yesterday's mail.
