"The Last Airbender: Legend of Korra": Exclusive First Look
So we've seen Korra's face at last!

The only bit that worries me is the supposed 2012 release date and the title being "The Last Airbender: The Legend of Korra."

Little too long, a little too "movie" for my own taste, and far too long to wait to finally see Korra's adventures.

...wouldn't it make more sense to call it Avatar: The Legend of Korra?

*is puzzled*

Personally, I believe the details "next year" and "The Last Airbender: Legend of Korra" are just editorial mistakes. All previous mentions of Korra have said that it would air THIS year, and have all previously been titled Avatar: Legend of Korra.

I really see no reason to be jumping ship fact-wise just because of these two word choices in one tiny article. Kinda like how when the show info was first released and the press release said it was 70-years after ATLA, and then in one interview Andrea Romano said 75-years?

But maybe that's just me. :/

Well, the author said Nick told him those two bits of info, so who knows?

Hm. I'm still not really buying it though. It's way too clunky of a name.

I'm holding out until more information comes out.

Yeah, it rolls off the tongue like a crate full of hammers, and I doubt Mike and Bryan would wanna drop "Avatar" from the title.

I know! Won't it be awesome to see a woman with some muscles? And as the main character, no less?

The title is kind of silly. If they were going with Avatar: The Legend of Korra, that would make perfect sense but The Last Airbender? AANG was the last airbender. He isn’t anymore. Korra is not an airbender.
