I am officially an adult now.  That seems to be an overwhelmingly foreign concept to me.  I don't feel like an adult.  I don't really want to be an adult.  I like the verge of adulthood a lot better than adulthood itself.  And frankly, I think I'm still living in the former.  And I don't plan on crossing the brink anytime soon.  It's certainly a ( Read more... )

I highly recommend the new Lifehouse CD, Who We Are.

I hate watching bridges burn.  It is the worst experience in life- to see and accept that a relationship has turned to ashes and a memory before you even realize that the flames are 15 feet high, licking the sky, causing smoke to billow and let the whole world know. I want to burn the matches, ( Read more... )

We got back from vacation a little earlier than expected.  Nathan wanted to be back in time for drumline practice.  Oh, dear.

It was a good vacation.  Not as exciting as others, but good.  We didn't get to spend very much time on the beach because of the weather, but that didn't bother me too much.

Well, the summer already seems to be flying by at a furious pace.  
I now have an office job at Total Comfort.  It's far better than the typical high school job of flipping  greasy burgers.  Not that there's anything wrong with people who do that.  I just can't see myself withstanding the chaos.
