I called my Dad's house tonight and got his answering machine at seven p.m. his time. I saw an ad posted by a company looking for women to become egg donors. just another one of those days
Woke up this morning and didn't want to get out of bed. Part of the reason for this was that I was woken up at three a.m. by my upstairs neighbors having sex, followed by a raging fight, then more sex, then another raging fight. Guess I should be glad somebody is getting sex ( Read more... ) -
Retraction
The last line of yesterday's post makes no sense, so I'm deleting it.
I think when I wrote of gender roles, I meant that we need to not return to the roles of the fifties, in which Mom stayed at home all day and Dad worked all day. Mom never left the house and Dad never got to watch the kids grow up.

What the hell kind of men are we raising these days?
I went into the Limited today and happened to notice two women discussing the outfit one of them (a tall blonde) was wearing. I normally wouldn't do this, but I turned and said, "That outfit looks great. The gray skirt makes it. A black one would kill the green shirt."
