It seems to have been designed with a purpose in mind. Therefore, that was my assumption. But perhaps I should not have jumped to that conclusion without sufficient evidence. I will have to study it further.

Well you are right on your first point. However, the source is magic, not technology.

Your second assumption is quite correct, Miss Sephiroth. In fact, most of the inhabitants are in the same position.

Magic-based technology is still technology, is it not? I am of course familiar with the use of magic, though I don't believe that that which cannot yet be defined or measured is necessarily a mystical power.

Although it has what seem to be biological and magical elements, it clearly exists for a purpose and owes its existence to some design. I do not see why it cannot be considered technology, if not a technology I am familiar with.
