1) I'm trying to think of something supportive to say about you being a good friend. =P But what I'm trying to say comes out something like, "I have never known you to be a bad friend and at gatherings, you always seem to be welcoming and welcomed" or something of that nature. It's true though but for some reason seems lame to actually type out. =)

2) Gluck on the honeymoon.

3) Get pregnant?!?!? wow. That would shoot the save some money right out the door but I understand completely. Time passes too quickly sometimes.

4) And book club... after I just finished watching the Jane Austin Book Club movie again. Great great movie. =) Hope it happens (without the need for Austin of course)...

Thank you Shooman. I was really referring to seeing people more often than just at birthday parties and club scene.

Oh! I would love to!
I was tossing around the idea of a tea party every month or so as well. I used do tea parties and loved it - though no pond in the back yard anymore. And my tea set is still collecting dust at my dads house. . . but those are just props.

I love the idea of sitting around with the girls talking about stuff. It would be nice if each one had a theme or subject to talk on.
I like the idea of a book club - the POA supposedly has one that I've been meaning to check up on. I don't know if I could manage two. . .but the POA sounds vague vs. a specific book, they only meet once every other month and she didn't sound all gun ho about it. O.o

And, yes, you are a good friend. And I know where your coming from. Life is so busy sometimes and it's hard to keep up with the people in your life.

I've had my great grandmother's teaset for several years. We finally found the last pieces when my grandmother moved out of her rental house. It isn't the most beautiful one, but I would love to use it in her honor. Plus you know me and books. I am all about talking about books. I have meant to join a club for years, but never was interested in the stuff they read. I hope some others are up to it.
