At Home in an Impossible Room

For many weeks I've been working on a strange project. We have many windows around the house which show views of wooden walls just a few feet from the window. When we moved in I decided to create a false view out of some of these windows to improve the look of these rooms. That will mean one set of windows will look out on our sunlit backyard

You should get venetian blinds just for the unveiling.

Yeah. Once I have the lighting installed I'd like to. It would be great to give enough space between the lights and the blinds that when they are closed there's a hint of light from the 'outside'.
